Merit Nwosu is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), she has worked in inpatient emergency, IMU, Cardiac, Neuro, Medical, and acute care settings. She has also worked as a psychiatric nurse and practiced in various psychiatric inpatient settings for over 10 years. Merit is licensed to practice as a psychiatric mental health practitioner in the greater Houston area, Arizona, Connecticut, New Mexico, and Washington. She brings with her a unique set of experiences in treating Adolescents, young adults, and geriatric patients who suffer from depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, insomnia, OCD, ADD/ADHD, and schizophrenia.
She is committed to providing comprehensive care with a philosophy that extends beyond the use of medication alone and encompasses a holistic approach that includes supplements, vitamins, nutrition, and exercise as essential components of mental well-being.
